PRICE QUOTES

We believe each project is unique and deserves a custom quote. Please use the intake form on our site and include as much information about your project as you can, including an image or mockup. We will get back to you within two business days.


ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Art should be scaled to size and sent as a pdf with a resolution of at least 300 ppi. Multiple colors should be separated into different layers.  We will assume all artwork is to scale, unless otherwise noted. Any edits of artwork will incur a fee. Colors are matched by eye and should be referenced by a Pantone C (coated) number.  Exact Pantone matching must be specified and will incur an additional fee.  We are not responsible for spoilage up to 1% for any order over 1,000 pieces, 2% for any order over 144 pieces, and 5% for any order under 144 pieces.


ORDERING TERMS

We require payment in full for all jobs at the onset of each job. Our normal turnaround time is two weeks, which starts once payment is received and all job specs are confirmed.  We can accommodate rush jobs and work with you to meet your deadline. Rush fees are anywhere between 25% and 100% based on turnaround time. We accept cash, checks, credit and Zelle. NYS sales tax will be added to your order, unless you present a resale number and fill out a sales tax exemption form.  All sales are final.
